I speak only english or frensh, but this flag is for SADR not Sahara occident which are a territory, please see the difference in the others wiki:

and

Do you agree to split the arcticle in Wes-Sahara here without any Infobox, Navis and an adapted content and a second article Sahrawi Arabiese Demokratiese Republiek (SADR) with this content and the Interwikilinks from en:Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic?
