Butha-Buthe is 'n dorp in die noorde van Lesotho. Dit is net suid van die Caledonrivier en 18 km vanaf Fouriesburg wat aan die Suid-Afrikaanse kant is. Caledonspoort, die doeanepos, is tussen die twee lande. Moshoeshoe, 'n opperhoof en stigter van die Basotho-volk is naby Butha-Buthe gebore.
