Homogene Lading Kompressie Ontsteking of HLKO (engels: Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition, of HCCI), is 'n vorm van binnebrandenjin waarin goedgemengde brandstof en oksideerder (tipies suurstof/lug) saamgepers word tot die punt van selfontsteking (Dieselenjin). Soos in ander vorme van ontsteking, stel hierdie eksotermiese reaksie ook chemiese energie in 'n benutbare vorm wat deur 'n enjin omgesit kan word in werk en hitte.
