Hypsilophodonts (genoem na Hypsilophodon, wat weer afgelei is van Hypsilophus, "met hoë kamme") was ’n groep iguana-akkedisse; die naam beteken letterlik "Hypsilophus-tand". Hulle was klein, vinnige ornitopode-dinosourusse van sowat 1–2 m lank en het in Asië, Australië, Europa, Nieu-Seeland, Noord- en Suid-Amerika voorgekom en is in rotsformasies uit die Middel-Jura tot Laat Kryt ontdek.

Die groep het tradisioneel feitlik alle tweevoetige voëlheup-dinosourusse ingesluit behalwe Iguanodontia, maar van die hipsilofodonte is sedertdien uit Ornithopoda geskuif.^[1]^[2]^[3] Die enigste sekere lid van die groep is in dié stadium Hypsilophodon.
