Alpha Sculptoris (afgekort as α Scl) is ’n blouwit ster in die suidelike sterrebeeld Beeldhouer (Sculptor). Met ’n skynbare magnitude van 4,3[3] is dit die helderste ster in hierdie andersins dowwe sterrebeeld. Volgens parallaksmetings is dit sowat 780 ligjare van die Son af.[2]

Dit is ’n B-tipe reusester en ’n SX Arietis-veranderlike. Sy helderheid wissel met minder as ’n 10de van ’n magnitude.[10]

Alpha Sculptoris se ligsterkte is sowat 1 500 keer dié van die Son en sy effektiewe temperatuur 13 600 K. Sy radius is sowat sewe keer en sy massa vyf keer die Son s'n.
