I don't know how this page appeared but apparently I opened a Wikipedia page in this language and the page was automatically created without my knowledge or permission. I didn't know it was created until I received an unwanted email in a language I couldn't read, clicked on a URL and saw this page. I would delete it except I don't know how and if there are instructions on the page I can't read them. Its pretty irritating and an intrusion of my privacy. Wikipedia is getting worse all the time.
