Es dient als Funktionsgebäude des Deutschen Bundestages. Das Foto zeigt zwei interessante Details: Einerseits kann man den Weihnachtsbaum im Inneren des Paul-Löbe-Hauses sehen. Zum anderen ist aber auch die Reflexion des direkt gegenüber gelegenen Bundeskanzleramts in der Glasfassade des Paul-Löbe-Hauses gut zu erkennen.
