Hierdie is 'n lys van nedersettings in Albanië gekategoriseer volgens munisipaliteit, graafskap en bevolking, volgens die kriteria wat deur die Instituut vir Statistiek (INSTAT) gebruik word. Vanaf 2014 was daar 74 stede geklassifiseer as stedelike gebiede en 2 972 dorpe as landelike gebiede in Albanië geklassifiseer is.[1] Die wetgewing van Albanië bied geen amptelike klassifikasie oor die kriteria vir die definisie van 'n stad of stedelike gebied nie.[1] Verder, volgens die metodologie vir stede wat deur die Organisasie vir Ekonomiese Samewerking en Ontwikkeling (OESO) uitgevoer is, kan vyf gebiede, insluitend Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Shkodër en Vlorë, as stedelike ouditstede geklassifiseer word.[a][1][2]
