Update the template for more features

Hello, you may have heard in the news that recent features let users Go on a Wikipedia scavenger hunt with Wikipedia Nearby. For those features to work, however, you need templates like this to give MediaWiki the coordinates using the GeoData syntax.
In short, I suggest you to copy or adapt the last code of w:en:Template:Coord, with w:en:Module:Coordinates etc. If you need help, you can probably ask en.wiki users. Nemo 14:40, 10 Junie 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for working on it! I tried Special:ExpandTemplates for Finland and I don't see {{#coordinates}} anywhere. Perhaps a wrong condition in your template? Nemo bis (kontak) 15:43, 7 September 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for your help! The template expansion looks almost identical to that of the English wiki. {{#coordinates}} is definitely called. As proof, expand {{coord|56|04|N|190|00|E}}, which will trigger {{#coordinates}} to print an error. Best regards. Frank (kontak) 16:19, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
