Lophotrochozoa is ’n superfilum van die koninkryk Eumetazoa (orgaandiere). Die takson is gevestig as ’n monofiletiese groep na aanleiding van molekulêre bewyse.^[1]^[2]

Groepe

Lophotrochozoa bestaan uit twee groepe wat nie noodwendig monofileties is nie: Ttrochozoa, waarvan die larwes twee bande trilhare (cilia) om die middel het,^[3] en Lophophorata, wat tentakels om die mond het.^[4] Die presiese verwantskap tussen die twee groepe is onseker.
