Mohs se hardheidskaal karakteriseer die krapweerstand van verskeie minerale deur hulle vermoë om ander sagter materiale te krap. Dit is ontwikkel deur die Duitse mineraloog: Friedrich Mohs en is een van verskeie definisies van hardheid in materiaalkunde.

Mohs se skaal is gebaseer op tien maklik bekombare minerale. Materiale word gekenmerk teen die skaal deur die hardste materiaal te vind wat hulle kan krap.
