The Doors was 'n legendariese musiekgroep wat bestaan het uit vier Amerikaanse jongelinge. Die naam van The Doors kom van 'n Aldous Huxley boek, The Doors of Perception, wat op sy beurt 'n reël uit 'n gedig van William Blake ontleen het, "When the doors of perception are cleansed/Things will appear as they are, Infinite".
