Belinda is ’n binnemaan van Uranus. Dit is op 13 Januarie 1986 ontdek op foto's wat deur Voyager 2 geneem is en het die voorlopige naam S/1986 U 5 gekry.[6] Dit is daarna genoem na Belinda, die heldin in Alexander Pope se The Rape of the Lock. Dit het ook die naam Uranus XIV.[6]
Belinda behoort tot die Portiagroep satelliete, wat ook Bianca, Desdemona, Cressida, Juliet, Rosalind, Kupido, Perdita en Portia insluit.[2] Dié mane het soortgelyke wentelbane en fotometriese eienskappe.[2] Buiten sy wentelbaan,[1] radius van 45 km[2] en geometriese albedo van 0,08[2] is feitlik niks oor Belinda bekend nie.
Op die Voyager 2-foto's lyk Belinda soos ’n baie langwerpige voorwerp, waarvan die lengteas na Uranus wys. Die verhouding van die asse is 0,5 ± 0,1.[2] Die oppervlak het ’n grys kleur.[2] Belinda se wentelbaan verskil met met 863 km van dié van die kleiner Kupido.
Belinda kan binne die volgende 10 miljoen tot 1 miljard jaar teen Kupido bots.[7]
