'n Pelgrimstog is 'n reis, dikwels na 'n onbekende of vreemde plek, waar 'n persoon op soek gaan na nuwe of uitgebreide betekenis oor hul self, ander, die natuur of 'n hoër-goed deur die ervaring.Dit kan lei tot 'n persoonlike transformasie, waarna die pelgrim terugkeer na hul daaglikse lewe.[1][2][3]
