Dankie vir jou bydraes hier by die Afrikaanse Wikipedia. Let asseblief daarop dat Standaard Afrikaans hier gebruik word en Nederlands nie 'n aanvaarbare medium vir ons artikels is nie. Ek het die artikel oor Lisa Gerrard verwyder - dit was 'n direkte kopie van die Nederlandse artikel: ons kan immers nie nie-Afrikaanse artikels in 'n Afrikaanse ensiklopedie hê nie! Moet egter nie dat dit jou afskrik nie: ons het baie nie-Afrikaanssprekendes wat steeds waardevolle bydraes lewer, selfs al kan hulle nie baie bydra tot die inhoud van artikels nie.

Thank you for your contributions here at the Afrikaans Wikipedia. Please note that we use Standard Afrikaans and that Dutch is not an acceptable medium for our articles. I removed the article about Lisa Gerrard - it was a direct copy of the Dutch article: naturally we cannot have non-Afrikaans articles in an Afrikaans encyclopaedia! Please don't let this put you off: we have many users who can't speak Afrikaans and yet still manage to make valuable contributions, even if they can't contribute to article content.

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
