First/Last race

The First/Last race fields should contain the first/last races for which the driver was *entered*, even if they didn't actually start the race.

Car number fields

Since 2014, Formula One drivers each select a permanent race number which they carry throughout their career (with the exception that the reigning World Champion has the option to carry the number '1' instead of their permanent number). Drivers whose number won't change between seasons (i.e. most of them) should have the "Car number" field populated and the "YYYY Car number" fields not populated. Drivers whose number will change between seasons (i.e. the outgoing and new World Champions) should have the "YYYY Car Number" fields populated and the "Car Number" field not populated.

Updates

Following the final race of the season, "Team" and "Car number" fields for the following season are added but the existing fields for the just-completed season are retained until the end of the calendar year.
