Conophytum breve is 'n sukkulent wat deel is van die Aizoaceae familie.
Beskrywing

[wysig | wysig bron]Die spesie is endemies aan Suid-Afrika en kom in Namakwaland, in die verer weste van die Noordkaap, voor. Die spesie het 'n voorkomsgebied van 16 546 km² en daar is meer as 50 subpopulasies. Die populasie is tans stabiel maar kan in die toekoms negatief geraak word deur onwettige plant versamelaars. Die spesie is gewild in Asië.
