Die XIVe Paralimpiese Somerspele (Portugees: Jogos Paralímpicos de Verão de 2016) sal vanaf 7 tot 18 September 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Brasilië, aangebied word. Dit is die 15de aanbieding van die Paralimpiese Somerspele sedert 1960. Die geriewe wat vir die Olimpiese Somerspele 2016 opgerig word, sal ook vir die geleentheid ingespan word.

Die opening- en sluitingseremonies sal in die Maracanã-stadion plaasvind. Soos gebruiklik sal die lande in alfabetiese volgorde die stadion instap.
